Management Team

Founder/President

Dan pioneered the sale of fractional shares in the secondary market by creating the first online trading marketplace, FracTrade. Dan's background includes 11 years as Vice President with NetJets and Marquis Jet. Previously he was an executive with the Cincinnati International Airport Board.

He is currently a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and the National Business Aviation Association. He holds a degree in both Business Administration and Commercial Aviation and is a commercially licensed private pilot.

Director of Sales

Greg came to the FracTrade team from Bombardier where he was Director of Human Resources for U.S. and Canada and the Regional Director of Sales for  FlexJet.

Greg resides in Crescent, Oklahoma, with his wife and three daughters. As Mayor of Crescent, he is active in his community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Logan County Economic Development Council.  He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.

Director of Whole Aircraft Sales and Management

Prior to joining the team, Randy founded Southjet Aviation, which specializes in aircraft sales and management. Randy started his career with Stevens Aviation and held numerous positions such as Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, and Director of Marketing.

Randy received a degree in Aeronautical Science and Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  Randy is an ATP pilot with type ratings in several business jets.

Director of Charter

Brad's background includes 16 years of professional flying, where he has accumulated 7,000 hours of flight experience in areas including airline, charter, and corporate aviation operations. Previously he was Owner and President of Marketing and Sales of a 135-carrier operation. In this role, he was also in charge of client relations and flew as Captain on various jet and prop aircraft. Brad holds a degree in Business & Commercial Aviation and is an ATP-rated pilot.

Director of Sales/Brazil

Prior to joining the FracTrade team, Igor owned International Support, a Brazilian sales, management, and charter company that specialized in Gulfstream aircraft. Igor is a commercially licensed private pilot in both the United States and Brazil.

Igor earned a marketing degree from the University of São Paulo. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Igor participates actively in his community, where he supports charities for the homeless and elderly.
