• Versatility Plus: ABILITY TO SELL HOURS = Realize value from unused, annual hours. Make your unused, annual hours available to other Owners to offset some of your fixed costs of ownership. ABILITY TO BUY HOURS = Owners can purchase hours from other Owners via the Versatility Plus Pool. Hours must be purchased in one hour increments and can be purchased in certain Flexjet aircraft types.

• Discounted Management Fees: Your Monthly Management Fees above, include discounted rates based on aggregate ownership of 75 hours or greater. If total ownership does not meet or exceed 75 annual hours, rates will increase appropriately.

• Challenger 350 Long Haul Credit: Qualifying segments of 3.0 flight hours (plus taxi time) on the Challenger 350 will receive a $1,500 per hour credit with a purchase. All flights must begin and end within the Primary Service Area.

• Guaranteed Downgrades: Owner will be entitled to guaranteed, unlimited downgrades to the Praetor 500 and Phenom 300 from the Challenger 350 at the interchange rates of .82:1 and 55:1. Owner will have unlimited downgrades from the Praetor 500 to the Phenom 300 at an interchange of 69:1 These favorable ratios will lead to less hours deducted and reduced billable costs.

• Challenger 350 Round-Trip Discounts: Multi-segment trips that return to the original point of departure, within a single crew duty-day (12 hours), receive a 15% discount on the Usage Charge (sum of the Occupied Hourly Rate plus the Fuel Component Adjustment).
