Hours available to new buyer:
Hours will be prorated at the time of the closing through 10/3/2023 (As of 9/15/23: 2.6 hours, with the ability to borrow up to 8 hrs from the next year)
Then 50 hours each year thereafter through 10/3/27
50 hours each year available in the renewal term through 10/3/29
