PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Dan has been helping private aircraft owners trade planes and select programs for 25 years. After a decade of working for NetJets, Dan had spent countless hours working with owners trapped in contracts and irritated with the depreciation loss of their new aircraft. In response, Dan created Fractrade®, the world’s first open market, to help the members trade their pre-owned shares among themselves. Today, with hundreds of transactions completed and a team of experts by his side, Dan continues to help our members assemble the perfect deal. Expanding into whole aircraft and charter, he wants Fractrade Members to have the freedom to compare and use the best programs and planes available. Dan is active in the aviation industry. He is a member of the American Association of Airport Executives and the National Business Aviation Association. He is a former executive with the Cincinnati International Airport Board and serves on the Board of Directors for JAARS, a missionary aviation organization helping people in the most remote regions of the world. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Commercial Aviation and is a commercially licensed private pilot.

SALES PROCESS MANAGER
Olivia's primary focus is to keep our client's deals moving forward. Managing the contracts, offer letters, listings and numbers so that everyone is informed as we move through the steps toward closing. A graduate of North Greenville University, Olivia has built a career in transportation, most recently with the Maritime Services division of JAARS. She traveled to different continents to implement safety measures and manage the training process. Now, after joining Fractrade, she continues to volunteer her knowledge and experience to people in remote regions of the world that need water safety equipment and training. As you might expect, when Olivia isn't helping our clients or volunteering, she enjoys getting outside to camp, hike, and rock climb.

Quinn Varnado is passionate about building meaningful connections between Fractrade Members to make aircraft co-ownership smarter, smoother, and more connected. As a private pilot and platform architect, Quinn leads the development of the world’s only online marketplace for fractional aircraft shares—combining intuitive software and smart process design to simplify communication and empower owners to stay informed. After earning a degree in marketing from North Greenville University, Quinn took on dual roles as Marketing Director and Technology Director at Fractrade, where he continues to drive innovation at the intersection of aviation and technology. Before Fractrade, Quinn served on the executive leadership team of a global aviation nonprofit, where he helped lead strategy and mission-driven communications. Outside of work, you’ll often find him writing music and finding creative ways to blend storytelling with purpose.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & CO-OWNER
Deborah oversees all aspects of Fractrade’s financial operations, including bookkeeping, tax preparation, and client invoicing. Her diligence and attention to detail ensure that our financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with all regulations. With a deep understanding of back-office procedures and a wealth of experience in financial management, Deborah has played a vital role in maintaining Fractrade’s financial health and profitability since our very first year in business. Before joining Fractrade, Deborah served as the executive assistant to the Chief Financial Officer of Sara Lee Corporation, where she supported high-level financial planning and operations in a fast-paced corporate environment. Her ability to manage complex transactions and streamline administrative systems continues to benefit our team on a daily basis. Outside of work, Deborah is a dedicated wife and full-time mother to three children. She is also passionate about serving her community and gives her time as a Guardian Ad Litem for the South Carolina foster care program, advocating for the well-being and rights of children in the court system. Her professionalism, compassion, and steady leadership make her an indispensable part of the Fractrade team.
