Do aircraft have to be a certain age to enter into the program?Yes, aircraft must be at least 15 years old or younger to protect you from getting stuck with an unsellable asset. Older aircraft lose market appeal, and it becomes very difficult to sell Fractrade Shares. Our goal is to ensure owners never end up “trapped on a sinking ship.”

How many hours do I receive with my ownership share?Each aircraft is allocated 300 hours per year. Your share determines your portion—for example, a 50% share provides 150 hours annually. We’ve found this balance creates the best ownership experience.

How do I know my partner won’t exceed their allotted hours?We handle that for you. Fractrade tracks all flight activity to ensure hours remain fair and balanced.

How does this compare to traditional fractional programs?While every deal is unique, Fractrade offers a higher level of ownership. Instead of buying time across a fleet, you own part of a specific aircraft—at about 25% lower operating costs on average.

Who manages and flies the aircraft?You’ll choose from our list of authorized managers—top-tier professionals known for safety, service, and excellence.

Can I use my current aircraft operator or manager?Possibly! Many operators are excellent. If your operator meets our qualifications after an interview process, we’ll gladly add them as an authorized manager.
